UK Mainland: Cost from £4.95 and is sent by DHL courier. The expected delivery time is up to 3 business days from the date of despatch. 

UK Non Mainland: The following service charges for the relevant postcodes apply; 

Scottish Highlands: £15.95

Scottish Islands: £16.95

Northern Ireland: £15.99

Isle of Wight: £11.95

Isle of Man: £16.95

Channel Islands: £20.95

DHL Express Service £6.95

Order before 1pm on a working day for DHL 1-2 day express tracked delivery. Includes UK mainland, but does not service the following postcodes; Northern Ireland (BT), Scottish Highlands (IV, KW, AB, PH, PA)

Please note that Personalised Souvenirs are fulfilled by an external supplier who operate a standard delivery service. This can take between 5-7 days from the date of order & costs £3.50 

Online Exclusive & Personalised Items

Items marked as online exclusive or personalised may not be available in-store. These products are shipped from an external supplier. Orders placed for other items may be sent separately to this item. Please allow additional delivery time for purchases of this item. Despatch times could be up to 7-10 working days. Express delivery does not apply. Click & Collect orders placed for other items will be held until the online exclusive is ready for collection.

Pre Order 

Items bought on pre order will only be despatched once the stock has arrived. The approximate date of arrival will be advised on the relevant product page. Pre orders must be placed separately from items that are in stock. Timelines for deliveries & click & collect will only come into effect once the items arrive & your order has been despatched. Despatching orders will go in priority of when the order was placed.
